When Terry isn't working, she can be found at the salon, getting a fresh new hairstyle, right before a night out dancing up a storm.

John Muir

John is a Senior Customer Care Specialist at Axonify and the team’s go-to technical integrations expert. With over a decade of customer service experience, John specializes in demystifying complex technical setups for his colleagues and customers he supports. Originally hailing from Scotland, he shares a name with a famous naturalist and a birthday with Emilio Estevez - though he’s the first to admit his acting skills didn't make the trip across the Atlantic. While his Scottish accent might stay hidden behind his tickets, his signature friendly, courteous, and precise approach to problem-solving is always front and center.

Ryan Hueglin

Ryan comes from a background in technology and education. In years past he worked for a large computer company; leading workshops, hosting events, and personal training sessions for users to get the most out of their devices and software. He enjoys sharing knowledge as much as gaining it through conversation, travel, and meeting new people. His passions include music, spending time with his family, and Formula 1.

Sakshi Phull

On maternity leave. Sakshi brings a whirlwind of passion to every endeavor with a decade of professional experience in the customer service industry and is a seasoned expert in the art of delighting people. Her secret lies in her belief in getting things right the first time. When not busy working, she finds joy in traveling, harboring a fascination with crime documentaries and embracing various fitness forms.

With over a decade of experience in the customer service industry, Bruno is a seasoned expert in the art of building lasting relationships. Hailing from the vibrant heart of Brazil, they bring a world-class level of passion and dedication to every customer interaction. Outside of work, Bruno is a die-hard soccer fan who lives for the excitement of the game, bringing that same "goooooal!"-oriented mindset to resolving your technical and support questions.
